How can I make use of Celebrate Message?
You can enjoy at various occasions using Celebrate Message!
What is Celebrate Message?
Celebrate Message is a service that gives its users a chance to offer their personal message to celebrities, artists, athletes, actors, models, intellectuals, influencers and CASTs (*video message providers) who are known worldwide.
*Please note that your offering is just a request. This service does not guarantee the delivery of the message itself.
How can I check my own message?
You can check received messages via "My Page". Please note that there might be restrictions (streaming only, expiration dates etc) depending on cast's requests.
How much does one offer cost?
It depends on the cast. Price might also differ time to time. Please check the latest offer price at each cast's page.
Exactly when does billing occur?
It will occur when the cast complete shooting. We will not charge you if the cast could not accept your offer due to circumstances.
Do casts always accept my offer?
It depends on the cast's circumstances.
How long will it take for the cast to send message after the offer?
Messages will be sent within 10 days from your offer. If there is no response within 10 days, please retry your offer.
How can I download my message?
If the message is downloadable;
For PC, androids: go to "My Page", select "Your Video" from pull down. Then select "Download".
For iPhones: update OS to latest version (13.2.2, November 2019), keep pressing "Download". Select "Download linked file" from menu. Movie will be downloaded either File>Application>iCloud Dvive, or "Downloads" based on your iPhone's settings.
What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure (3-domain structure), also known as a payer authentication, is a security protocol that helps to prevent fraud in online credit and debit card transactions. Celebrate Message is one of the participants of this protocol.

This additional security was initiated and created by Visa and MasterCard and it’s branded as ‘Verified by Visa’ and ‘MasterCard SecureCode’ respectively.


The payer authentication is a three-part process, so there are three parties involved in the process: the issuer (such as Visa or MasterCard), the acquirer, and the interoperability domain (such as payment system).

How 3D Secure works
When you, as a merchant, have 3D Secure enabled on your website and your customer uses the card that is enrolled in the 3D Secure program the process looks as follows:

1. The customer enters their credit or debit card information in the payment form
2. SecurionPay contacts a directory server and gets the message that the card is registered in the program
3. The customer sees the 3D Secure page when they need to authenticate themselves to the issuing bank by entering the password or a one time PIN
4. The result of the 3D Secure authentication goes to SecurionPay and then we submit transaction details to the acquiring bank
5. The transaction is authorized by the acquirer
6. The customer can see the response about whether the transaction is successful or failed

Advantages of 3D Secure
One of the advantages of 3D Secure is that it reduces fraud. It also makes shopping/commerce safer online, nourishes brand loyalty, it is easy to use, customer confidence improves on websites and therefore increases spending online.

Service Restrictions
3D Secure has certain limitations: first, not all cards are currently participating in the program authentication payer scheme and secondly, it does not restrict chargebacks to happen but reduces the cost of fraudulent chargebacks.

Chargeback Liability of 3D Secure
As regards to chargeback liability, 3D Secure should be seen as an additional layer of protection provided by the card issuer. In fact, in the case of a fraudulent transaction, it becomes authenticated through 3D Secure, is very likely that liability will shift to the acquirer. In short, retailers are protected against misleading chargebacks since the liability is transferred.
Is there any other payment method besides Credit card?
Unfortunately, Credit cards is the only payment due to multiple reasons such as return payments.
It's my 11th day after offer, but message is not sent back nor "offer rejected" is shown.

Is there any possibility of my offer being rejected?
Offers might be rejected based on Celebrate Message's "Term of Use" Article 11. Please refer to Article 11 for confirmation.
What is the revenue sharing between Celebrate Message and casts?
Revenue sharing is done based on contract "Business Partnership Agreement" between Celebrate Message and casts.
I don't like the mark at the left bottom in my message.
Celebrate Message's mark is the certification to prove the message is delivered officially via our system. This is one of the most important conditions of our system for safety and security of the casts. We highly appreciate your understanding.
